About the Founder


Ewald Jozefzoon has been a marketing professional for over 20 years. He has obtained broad international B2B and B2C experience working in senior marketing positions for companies in the Financial Services (ABN AMRO and RABOBANK operating companies), IT/Internet (Chello Broadband, Eutilia), Insurance (Univé), and Industrial sector (Mead). Throughout his career, Ewald has lived and worked in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and the USA.

As Vice-President Marketing, Ewald has developed and implemented many global and domestic marketing strategies, incorporating market research/intelligence, product & brand management, PR/marketing communications, direct marketing, customer retention, et cetera. These strategies have resulted in measurable increased profits through award winning integrated campaigns and through successful (new) product management / development strategies.

In 2003, Ewald started his own marketing consulting firm – Romi & Romi BV. As a marketing consultant, he has successfully transformed many global marketing & e-commerce departments into commercial, results-driven organisations. Based on these experiences, Ewald has founded Calibrero in early 2009. Calibrero develops and implements a range of products and services that help marketing professionals, marketing controllers and executive managers effectively measure, monitor, and maximize their Marketing ROI.

Ewald holds an MBA in International Management at the American Graduate School of International Management – Thunderbird – in Glendale, Arizona (USA).
